Application of Targeted Intervention Based on Goal Strategy in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted intervention based on goal strategy in diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:152 patients with DCM from May 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=76,conventional intervention)and observation group(n-76,targeted intervention based on target strategy+conventional intervention).Blood glucose, blood lipid, cardiac function indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention,LVEDD and E/A in both groups were significantly lowered, the LVEDD and E/A in arthroscopic surgery group were significantly lower than in the control group,LVEF was increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group(t=1.720,2.815,3.140;P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of psychological function, social function, physical function and material life status in both groups were increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.951,2.648,2.873,2.025;P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted intervention based on target strategy for DCM has achieved good results in reducing blood glucose and blood lipid levels, improving cardiac function and improving quality of life.
