Analysis of Influencing Factors of Recurrence Risk of Colorectal Polyps After Operation
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence of colorectal polyps,so as to provide some reference for clinicians to guide the follow-up work of patients with colon polyp. Methods:A nested medical record control study was used to select the guests who underwent physical examination in the Endoscopy Center of Shenzhen Qianhai Sheckou Free Trade Zone Hospital from June 2017 to June 2022.According to whether they had recurrence after surgery, they were divided into the recurrence group(112 cases)and the non-recurrence group(51 cases). The clinical data of the patients were collected and the factors affecting the recurrence of colorectal polyps after operation were analyzed.Results:Age(OR=1.12,95%CI:1.04~1.22)and the number of polyps(OR=1.47,95%C/:1.02~2.34)were independent influencing factors for the risk of postoperative recurrence of colorectal polyps, which may be closely related to the recurrence of colonic polyps. Conclusion:The risk of recurrence of intestinal polyps was significantly increased in patients with older age and more polyps. It is necessary to pay attention to the problem of missing polyps during colonoscopy for patients with more polyps, and strengthen health education for patients with older age and more polyps, and strengthen postoperative follow-up and regular review so as to prevent polyps recurrence.
