摘要

临床营养在患者治疗中的重要作用已成为共识,临床营养科的建设和发展已被提到重要日程.在梳理我国临床营养科建设和发展现状的基础上,总结了临床营养科建设和发展的影响因素,提出了需求驱动型、政策驱动型和评审驱动型等3种临床营养科建设和发展路径.

Abstract

The important role of clinical nutrition in patient care has become a consensus,and the construction and development of clinical nutrition departments has been put on an important agenda.Based on the current situation of the construction and development of clinical nutrition departments in China,the influencing factors of the construction and development of clinical nutrition departments are summarized.And three pathways for the construction and development of clinical nutrition departments,such as demand-driven pathway,policy-driven pathway and accreditation-driven pathway,are proposed.
