急诊医学教学中"翻转课堂"教学对学生自主学习能力的影响

目的:探讨将翻转课堂教学法应用于急诊医学教学中对学生自主学习能力的影响.方法:选取安徽医科大学2019级临床医学4个班级120名学生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各2个班级60名学生.实验组采用翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统的课堂授课方式,观察翻转课堂教学法对急诊医学学生自主学习能力的影响.结果:实验后,实验组学生的制定学习目标及计划、自我监测及调节、获取及处理信息、交流合作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.60、3.01、3.07、3.72,P<0.05).两组学生自我动机评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.35,P=0.001).两组学生学生学习信念评分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=1.18,P=0.237).结论:翻转课堂教学法可以促进学生自主学习能力的提升,增强了学生的学习动机和学习效果.
Effect of"Flipped Classroom"Teaching on Students'Autonomy Learning Ability in Emergency Medicine Educa-tion
Objective:To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching on students'autonomy learning ability in emergency medicine education.Methods:Students were selected as the research subjects,and divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The impact of flipped classroom teaching on students'autonomy learning ability in emergency medicine education were observed.Results:After the experiment,students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in making learning goals and plans,self-monitoring and adjustment,obtaining and processing information,and obtaining and processing information scores,with statistically significant difference(t=2.60,3.01,3.07,3.72;P<0.05).The difference of self-motivation scores between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=3.35,P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the score difference between the two groups(Z=1.18,P=0.237).Conclusion:Flipped classroom teaching can improve students'autonomy learning ability,and enhance their learning motivation and learning outcomes.
