Differences and Reflections on the Cultivation Model of Doctoral Candidates in Pediatrics
The study summarizes the problems arising from the professional degree and academic degree doctoral students majored in pediatrics and in the training mode at the current stage in colleges and universities in China.The study focuses on cultivation objectives,tutoring methods,teaching settings,practical education,dissertation and quality assessment,etc.;compares the difference differences between the cultivation modes of doctoral students in different degree categories.It is of great significance for the better cultivation of doctoral candidates in pediatrics in the future to meet the national and social demand.
