Analysis of the Relevant Influencing Factors and Nursing Strategies of Self-care Behavior in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To analyze the relevant influencing factors and nursing strategies of self-care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure, and propose nursing countermeasures.Methods:166 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from the hospital from April 2021 to March 2023,and their self-care behavior was evaluated with Heart Failure Self Care Index(SCHFI).They were divided into two groups based on their scores:51 patients in insufficient self-care behavior group and 115 patients in sufficient self-care behavior group.Data were collected and compared between the two groups to analyze the relevant influencing factors and nursing strategies of self-care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure. Results:The proportion of patients with insufficient self-care behavior in low education level,NYHA grade Ⅲ,less hospitalization times and anxiety and depression were higher than those in sufficient self-care behavior group, with statistically significant difference(x2=7.338,2.895,5.287,8.366;P<0.05).Low education level, high NYHA grade, less hospitalization times, anxiety and depression were the relevant influencing factors of self-care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Low educational level, high NYHA grading, fewer hospitalizations, anxiety and depression are related influencing factors for self-care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure.
