Application Effect of Triple Sequential Characteristic Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To explore the effect of triple sequential characteristic therapy(STTS)combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on elderly knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:114 KOA patients from the hospital were selected and randomly divided into STTS group and control group, with 57 patients in each group. The control group received general treatment nursing, while the STTS group received STTS combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of STTS group(94.74%)was higher than 73.68%of control group(x2=9.500,P<0.05).After intervention, compared with the control group, the STTS group had lower NRS and ISOA scores, while the Lysholm score was higher(t=29.487,9.829;P<0.05).After intervention, compared with the control group,STTS group had TNF-α,IL-1 and MMP(t=30.059,28.426,20.458;P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of STTS and traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of elderly KOA can reduce serum inflammatory factor levels, alleviate knee joint swelling and pain, control disease progression. It has good application effect.
