Analysis of High-risk Factors and Nursing Intervention Measures for Lupus Nephritis Patients With Renal Dysfunction
Objective:To investigate the risk factors and nursing interventions of patients with lupus nephritis(LN)with abnormal renal function.Methods:125 patients with LN admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into normal renal function group(≥90 mL/min)and abnormal renal function group(<90 mL/min)according to the glomerular filtration rate.Basic data of the two groups were collected, and logistic regression analysis was carried out to obtain the risk factors for renal dysfunction in LN patients. Results:Among 125 patients with LN,59 cases had abnormal renal function(47.20%).That the course of disease ≥ 10 months, combined with hypertension, combined with diabetes, combined with infection, moderate OR severe lupus activity, combined with anemia and combined with hypoproteinemia were high risk factors for renal dysfunction in LN patients(P<0.05,OR>1).Conclusion:Patients with LN have a high risk of renal dysfunction, which is closely related to the course of disease ≥ 10 months, combined hypertension, combined diabetes, combined infection, moderate or severe lupus activity, combined anemia and combined hypoproteinemia. These high-risk factors should be identified as early as possible, and targeted nursing intervention should be carried out to protect renal function.
