Research Progress of the Development of Epithelial Ovarian Cancers with Chromatin Regulators in the Tumor Microenvironment
Epithelial ovarian cancer(EOCs)is one of the most common pathological types of ovarian cancer. Its pathogenesis is complex, the prognosis is poor, the 5-year survival rate of patients is less than 40%,and it seriously threatens the life and health of female patients. Therefore,it is necessary to find new diagnostic markers.Chromatin regulators(CRs)is key to protein and noncoding RNA molecules involved in regulating gene expression, cell fate decisions, and interactions between tumor cells and immune cells. In recent years,a growing body of research has shown that chromatin regulators play an important role in the tumor microenvironment of epithelial ovarian cancer.
