Research on the Influencing Factors and Intervention Measures of Negative Emotions in Infertile Women
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of negative emotions in infertile women and explore specific intervention strategies.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data from 125 infertile patients in Xinyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.Based on psychological status scores,the 125 patients were divided into negative emotion group(n=55)and non negative emotion group(n-70).The risk factors that can lead to negative emotions in infertility patients were summarized,and specific intervention measures were explored.Results:There were statistically significant differences in age,infertility years,BMI index,education level,living area,living with parents,living apart from partners,CSI-3 score,RFCP score,family size,family monthly income,monthly sexual frequency,FPI score,PES score and CD-RISC score between the two groups(x2=4.611,5.132,5.648,6.111,7.167,6.612,9.897,11.594,7.536,8.276,4.460,13.062,7.336,8.693,10.705;P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age>30 years old,infertility>5 years,separation from partner,couple Satisfaction Index scale(CSI4)≤10 points,revised Family Communication Scale(RFCP)≤100 points,monthly family income<8 000 yuan,fertility difficulty scale(FPI)≥150 points,perceived stress scale(PES)≥20 points,psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)≤30 points were divided into risk factors leading to the bad mood of infertility women.Conclusion:Age>30 years old,infertility years>5 years,separation from partner,CSI-4≤10 points,RFCP≤100 points,monthly household income<8 000 yuan,FPI≥ 150 points,PES ≥ 20 points,CD-RISC ≤30 points are the risk factors for infertility women to have bad mood.Systematic health education,cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive psychotherapy are effective measures to improve or eliminate negative emotions to some extent in infertile patients.
