Study on the Risk Factors of Malignant Solitary Pulmonary Nodules
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of malignant isolated pulmonary nodules. Methods:A total of 110 patients with isolated pulmonary nodules diagnosed by the Health Management Center of Jiujiang First People's Hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected by cluster stratified sampling method as the study objects. They were classified into benign isolated lung nodules(control group,55 patients)and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules(experimental group,55 patients).General data, tumor markers, and imaging features(lung nodule location, density, burr, vacuole sign, calcification, and vascular cluster)of all sub-jects were statistically analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the risk factors of malignant solitary pulmo-nary nodules. Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor markers and imaging features were risk factors for malignant solitary pulmonary nodules. Conclusion:The risk factors of malignant isolated pulmonary nodules mainly include tumor markers and imaging features. Therefore,in the actual diagnosis process in the future, the level of tumor markers and the imaging features should be emphasized to provide a basis for subsequent treatment.
