Effect of Tranexamic Acid Combined with Ergonovine in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Atony
Objective:To observe the effect of tranexamic acid combined with ergonovine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony,so as to improve the overall benefit level of puerpera. Methods:The baseline data of 40 cesarean section women who took oxytocin combined with ergonovine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were collected and included in the control group. The baseline data of 40 cesarean section women who took ergonovine combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage during the same period were collected and included in the study group. The treatment effect, general condition, uterine contraction frequency and fundus height, and safety analysis were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the disappearance of bleeding symptoms, hemostasis and duration of lochia bloody in the study group were shorter(t=10.010,31.341,14.218;P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the frequency of uterine contraction was higher and the height of fundus was lower in the study group at 0.5 h and 1.0 h after administration(t=0.610,2.765;P<0.05).The total incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group(x2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ergonovine combined with tranexamic acid is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, which can reduce the amount of bleeding, promote postpartum contraction and accelerate postpartum recovery. It is safe and reliable, and can be used in the clinical intervention of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atonic.
