Value of HPV Typing Combined with TCT in Differential Diagnosis of Cervical Precancerous Lesions and Cervical Cancer
Objective:To evaluate the value of HPV typing combined with TCT in the differential diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods:A total of 90 suspected cervical cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.HPV and TCT tests were performed, and pathological test results were the gold standard. The results of three detection methods were compared with those of pathological tissue biopsy. The differential value of HPV and TCT alone and combined detection in cervical cancer, and the detection accuracy of different lesion grades, cancer grades and stages of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions were compared. Results:The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and negative predictive value of HPV+TCT were higher than that of HPV and TCT alone, and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of HPV and TCT alone(x2=15.403,23.181,15.403,13.510;P<0.05).The detection accuracy of HPV+TCT was higher than that of HPV and TCT alone(x2=10.696,P<0.05).The accuracy of HPV+TCT combined detection was higher than that of HPV and TCT alone in the classification and stage of cervical cancer patients(x2=15.025,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of HPV+TCT is of high value in differentiating patients with cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions. The combined detection of HPV and TCT can effectively reduce the clinical missed diagnosis rate, and provide reliable reference for early cervical disease screening.
