Influence of Robotic Upper Limb Training Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Shoulder Joint Function in Patients with Subacromial Bursitis
Objective:To investigate the effects of upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave on shoulder joint function of patients with subacromial bursitis.Methods:60 patients with subacromial bursitis were selected, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and the experimental group received upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused shock wave therapy.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),shoulder Active Range of Motion(AROM)and Constant-Murley Scale(CMS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,VAS score of experimental group was lower than control group, abduction angle, anterior flexion angle, external rotation angle and CMS score were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.54,-6.25,-4.27,-4.84,-6.65;P<0.05).Conclusion:Upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave can significantly relieve shoulder pain in patients with subacromial bursitis, improve shoulder joint function, and enhance daily living ability.
