Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Rehabilitation of Postoperative Patients in Thoracic Surgery
Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation of postoperative patients in thoracic surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing thoracic surgery who visited the hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)using a random drawing method,with 50 patients in each group.Routine rehabilitation care was used in the control group,and rapid rehabilitation care was used in the experimental group.The effects of different nursing interventions of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The retention time of chest tube,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.223,11.575,11.118;P＜0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.891,P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(84.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.696,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation of postoperative patients in thoracic surgery can more effectively reduce the postoperative recovery time of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the recovery speed of patients,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
