Application of Pre-control Mode Combined with Narrative Intervention in Patients with Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis
Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of pre-control mode combined with narrative intervention in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. Methods:A total of 68 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received pre control mode combined with narrative intervention. They were intervened until discharge. The quality of life, psychological status, disease cognition, and complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the chronic liver disease questionnaire(CLDQ)scores and disease cognition scores in both groups were higher than before the intervention, while anxiety and depression scores were lower than before the intervention(t=3.258,2.082,2.274;P<0.05).The improvement in the above scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=5.266,2.762,2.595,2.843;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(x2=4.610,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of pre-control mode and narrative intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis, reduce negative emotions, enhance disease awareness, and reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization.
