摘要

介绍了m6A在人类头颈部鳞癌中发病、进展的潜在机制及关键作用.在头颈部鳞癌的m6A修饰中,有些具有致癌作用,有些则为抑制因素.着重总结了m6A甲基化修饰在头颈部鳞癌中的最新研究进展,其中在鼻咽癌中发现的甲基化修饰调控因子为METTL3、YTHDF3和IGF2BP1,在下咽鳞状细胞癌中发现的为YTHDF1、ALKBH5和METTL3,在喉鳞状细胞癌中发现的为IGF2BP2、IGF2BP3和ALKBH5,而在口腔鳞状细胞癌中发现的则为METTL14、ALKBH5和HNRNPC等.

Abstract

The mechanism and the vital roles of m6A in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma pathogenesis and progression are indrodiced.These modifications of m6A in HNSCC,a number of ones appear to have an oncogenic role,while others play a tumor-suppressor role.The study reviews that the recent research progress of RNA N6-methyladenosine methylation in HNSCC.The methylation modification regulatory factors found in NPC are METTL3,YTHDF3 and IGF2BP1;which in HPSCC are YTHDF1,ALKBH5 and METTL3.In LSCC,they are IGF2BP2,IGF2BP3 and ALKBH5,while in OSCC,they are METTL14,ALKBH5,and HNRNPC,etc.
