Objective:To analyze the current status and influencing factors of mindfulness levels in patients undergoing blood purification therapy.Methods:Retrospectively analyzing 70 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 as the research subjects.The general data of the patients and their mindfulness level were collected.Univariate analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of blood purification treatment patients.Results:The scores of mindfulness levels in patients undergoing blood purification treatment were lower than average.Univariate analysis showed that mindfulness levels were related to the patient's personality,education level,family income level,and dialysis age(t=2.773;F=5.677,3.312,5.808;P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's personality,education level,and dialysis age were the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of blood purification treatment patients(t=2.663,1.947,2.303,2.531;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The mindfulness level of patients undergoing blood purification treatment is currently at a lower than average level,and the patient's personality,education level,and dialysis age are the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of patients undergoing blood purification treatment.
