Analysis of Application Value of Perioperative Comprehensive Thermal Insulation Measure Combined with Humanistic Care on Patients with Blood Transfusion During Orthopedic Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application value of perioperative comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care on patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery.Methods:60 patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with perioperative routine thermal insulation measure,and observation group was given perioperative comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care.The nasal temperature changes of patients in the two groups were monitored,and the postoperative recovery time of patients was observed and recorded.The incidence rates of hypothermia,chills,increased heart rate and delayed recovery were recorded in the two groups after surgery.And the satisfaction of patients and their family members with nursing was investigated and counted.Results:Nasal temperature at 30 min,60 min and 120 min after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.575,10.234,7.562;P＜0.05).The postoperative recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.966,P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.320,P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.954,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care during perioperative period can effectively maintain the perioperative temperature,shorten the duration of intraoperative hypothermia,and effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery.
