Relationship Between Survivin and HPV16E7 Levels in Cervical Cancer Tissues and Patient Clinicopathological Characteristics,Prognosis and Chemotherapy Sensitivity
Objective:To explore the relationship between tissue survival protein(Survivin),E7 segment of human papillomavirus 16E7(HPV16E7)and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis and chemotherapy sensitivity of patients.Methods:118 CC patients treated with chemotherapy from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected for the expression of tissue Survivin and HPV16E7.The relationship with clinicopathological characteristics, overall survival(OS),and chemotherapy sensitivity were analyzed. Results:Survivin positive expression in tissues was closely correlated with FIGO stage, tissue differentiation, and lymph node metastasis, while HPV16E7 positive expression in tissues was significantly correlated with FIGO stage(x2=23.741,18.819,15.311,7.715;P<0.05).The HPV16E7 positive expression rate of OS<6 months was higher than that of OS≥6 months at different stages, and the difference was statistically significant(x=6.667,6.089;P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Survivin and HPV16E7 in chemotherapy sensitive tissues were lower than those in chemotherapy resistance, with statistically significant difference(x2=23.248,7.859;P<0.05).Survivin was positively correlated with HPV16E7 mRNA expression(r=0.326,P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of Survivin and HPV16E7 are closely related with the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.
