Application of Non-contact Hysteroscopy in Outpatient Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of non-contact hysteroscopy in outpatient hysteroscopy. Methods:A total of 284 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in the gynecological outpatient department of Ganzhou People's Hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by systematic randomization:135 cases in the observation group and 149 cases in the control group.Non-contact hysteroscopy was performed in the observation group, and traditional hysteroscopy was performed in the control group. The duration of examination, visual analogue score(VAS)during surgery,10 minutes after surgery and 30 minutes after surgery, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group spent less time than the control group(t=6.962,P<0.05).VAS in the observation group was lower than those in the control group during surgery,10 minutes after surgery and 30 minutes after surgery(F=301.492,748.435,61.521;P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(x2=114.962,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of non-contact hysteroscopy can effectively reduce the pain during hysteroscopy, shorten the examination time, and improve patient satisfaction.
