Application of the Mobile Phone Form Filling System Based on WeChat Public Account in Voluntary Blood Dona-tion
Objective:To explore the application of mobile phone form filling system based on WeChat public number in unpaid blood donation.Methods:3 blood donation points from Mar.1 to 5,2023 were randomly selected,and they were divided into experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the mobile phone form filling system to fill in the form,and the control group used manual paper to fill in the form.The experimental group was divided into group 1 and group 2 groups according to the initial and repeated mobile phone filling systems.And another 3 blood donation points were randomly selected as the control group.The accuracy and time of filling in the blood donors were recorded.The experimental group issued the questionnaire to survey the willingness of blood donors to fill in the form,and the data of the three groups were analyzed according to age.Results:The accuracy of blood donor information registration in experimental group l and experimental group 2 was higher than that in control group at all ages,with statistically significant difference(x2=27.40,39.38,17.43;P＜0.05).The registration time of blood donors of all ages in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.76,8.25,9.04;P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in blood donation intention between the primary group and the secondary group(x2=0.21,2.45,0.84;P＞0.05).Conclusion:Using mobile phone form filling system to register blood donor information can improve the accuracy of information registration,shorten the time of form filling and registration,so as to improve work efficiency and quality.
