Study on Inpatient Management of Injectable Drugs in Outpatient Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To realize the hospitalization management of injection medication for outpatients with maintenance hemodialysis to reduce the cost of injecting drugs in outpatients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:Selecting 320 patients from hemodialysis room of the hospital from March to September 2019 as the pre intervention period.Starting from October 2019.pharmaceutical interventions were carried out with the help of a new information-based pharmacy system,and hospitalization management was achieved.From March to September 2020,the same batch of patients were sampled and counted as post intervention.The charging amount of hemodialysis injection medication for patients before and after intervention,and study the intervention results were compared.Results:Through this study,the total amount billed for hemodialysis injection drugs per month in the hospital decreased from(637 824.7±66 946.1)RMB to(371 624.1±121 448.5)RMB,and the reduction in the amount was statistically significant(t=5.226,P<0.05),resulting in an average monthly saving of approximately 266 000 RMB in hemodialysis injection drug costs.Conclusion:It is suggested to achieve the hospitalization management of injection medication for outpatients with maintenance hemodialysis,effectively reduce medical expenditure expenses,and save the national medicare resources.
