Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Management Strategies of Chronic Venous Diseases of Lower Limbs in Key Population in the Community
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the influencing factors of lower limb chronic venous disease among the high-risk population in the community, and discuss management strategies. Methods:Collecting the patients'general medical data from October 2022 to April 2024 through questionnaires and annual physical examinations, and surveyed all patients with lower limb venous symptoms about their lifestyles. With the help of SPSS 25.0 statistic software, screening the high-risk factors by running regression, and analyzing the correlation and weight coefficients between high risk factors and CVD with logistic regression analysis. Results:The occurrence of chronic venous diseases of lower limbs was correlated with gender, age, smoking, times of eating leguminous protein per week, white blood cells, glycated hemoglobin, serum creatinine,etc(OR=1.721、1.062、2.865、0.813、1.146、1.278、1.015、0.001,P<0.05).Among them, glycated hemoglobin was an important risk factor for chronic venous diseases of lower limbs in key community populations. The correlation coefficient between glycated hemoglobin and the severity of CVD was 0.229.Correlation coefficient was>0.Conclusion:The influencing factors of chronic venous diseases of lower limbs in the community key population are gender, age, smoking, times of eating legumes per week, white blood cells, glycated hemoglobin and serum creatinine, and the differences are significant.Glycated hemoglobin can be used as a key reference index to assess the risk of chronic venous diseases in the general population. The key population suffering from chronic venous diseases of lower limbs in the community should take blood sugar control.Reducing HBA1c to normal level is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.
