Effect of SPOC+Behavior-oriented Teaching Method on Self-efficacy,CIRN Score and Entrance Exam Score of Practice Nurses in the Operating Room
Objective:To explore the effect of small-scale restricted online course(SPOC)+behavior-oriented teaching on self-efficacy,Chinese Core Competence Scale(CIRN)scores and entrance exam scores of practice nurses in the operating room.Methods:A total of 94 practical nurses in the operating room of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.Those who entered the operating room of zone A for practice according to coin toss method were the experimental group,and those who entered the operating room of Zone B for practice were the control group,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was given the traditional clinical teaching method in the operating room,and the experimental group was given SPOC+behavior-based teaching method on the basis of the control group.Self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score],nurses'core competence(CIRN score),exam scores(theoretical exam scores,operation exam scores)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After training,the total score of GSES,CIRN scores,theoretical assessment scores,practical assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(t=4.655,9.787,6.912,9.476,7.775,2.595,6.874,7.131,9.931,9.776;x2=4.681;P<0.05).Conclusion:SPOC+behavior-oriented teaching method can significantly improve the self-efficacy,CIRN score,exam performance and teaching satisfaction of practice nurses in the operating room.
