Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on IMB Model on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After PCI
Objective:To observe the effect of continuous nursing based on IMB model on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI.Methods:84 CHD patients treated with PCI were divided into the control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to the sequence of admission. The control group were given routine nursing intervention after discharge, while the observation group were given IMB model-based nursing intervention after discharge. The intervention time of two groups were all 6 months. The changes of health-promoting life style,self-management behavior and life quality of two groups before and after nursing intervention were evaluated by HPLP-Ⅱ,CHD self-management behavior scale and SAQ.Results:After the intervention, the scores of the two groups of patients were compared, and the scores of the health promotion lifestyle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.732,4.536,6.125,5.032,3.942,6.592;P<0.05).The scores of self-management behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differene(t=7.153,7.721,7.362,6.305,5.269,7.029,6.704;P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.371,6.172,6.353,5.923,6.441;P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on IMB model can significantly improve the health-promoting lifestyle,self-management behavior and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
