Objective:To establish the evaluation index system of hospital infection prevention and control ability of medical staff by reference to relevant literature at home and abroad,and the actual situation of the hospital,so as to provide objective basis for training and evaluation of the hospital prevention and control ability of medical staff.Methods:Checking relevant foreign literature,constructing expert consultation questionnaire according to Chinese hospital evaluation grade standard and semi-structured interview,and determining the evaluation index system of hospital infection prevention and control ability of medical staff.Results:After several rounds of expert consultation and Delphi method,the evaluation of hospital infection prevention and control ability included 3 first-level indicators:personal traits,results and quality of daily work.Each first-level indicator included 8 second-level indicators and 19 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The establishment of an evaluation index system of nosocomial infection prevention and control ability of medical staff based on Delphi method can clarify the overall nosocomial infection prevention and control ability of medical staff,and determine the focus of subsequent nosocomial infection prevention and control work,which is conducive to the improvement and development of nosocomial infection prevention and control.
