Objective:To explore the clinical effect and role of cluster nursing management during the treatment of patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods:74 patients with incontinence dermatitis admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group(37 cases)received routine,and the intervention group(37 cases)added cluster nursing management on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement in severity and quality of life of patients with incontinence dermatitis in the two groups were observed.Results:After intervention,the severity of incontinence dermatitis in the intervention group was less than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(x=2.300,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.587,5.006,4.264;P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with incontinence dermatitis,cluster nursing management intervention on the basis of routine nursing can significantly improve the improvement effect of patients'condition,and contribute to the improvement of their condition outcome and quality of life.
