Effect of Statins Combined with Donepezil in the Treatment of NAFLD with AD and Its Influence on LCN2
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of statins combined with Donepezil in the treatment of NAFLD combined with AD and the effect on LCN2.Methods:A total of66 patients with NAFLD combined with AD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group (33 cases)and control group (33 cases)according to computer randomized method. The control group was treated with Donepezil, and the observation group was treated with statins on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment, there was a significant difference in the oxidative stress indicators (MDA,SOD)of the observation group patients (P<0.05),and the SOD level of the observation group patients was higher and the MDA level was lower (P<0.05);After treatment, the ADL and MMSE scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);After treatment, the LCN2 levels of the two groups of patients significantly decreased, and the LCN2 indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);After treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients (6.06% VS 18.18%)(t=2.276,P=0.131).Conclusion:The effect of statins combined with Donepezil in the treatment of NAFLD combined with AD is very significant, and it can be used and popularized.
