Application of Improved Round Ligament Vaginal Tip Suspension Surgery Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Preventing Vaginal Stump Prolapse in Patients Undergoing Vaginal Hysterectomy
Objective:To explore the application effect of improved vaginal tip suspension of round ligament combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in preventing vaginal stump prolapse in patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.The control group underwent vaginal total hysterectomy,while the observation group underwent modified round ligament vaginal tip suspension surgery combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the quality of sexual life,pelvic floor muscle strength,stress urinary incontinence,and vaginal tip prolapse between the two groups at 6 months after surgery.Results:The quality of sexual life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pelvic floor muscle strength,stress urinary incontinence,and vaginal tip prolapse degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The modified round ligament vaginal tip suspension surgery combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively improve the quality of sexual life of patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy,enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,and reduce the degree of stress urinary incontinence and vaginal tip prolapse.
