Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Bazhen Decoction Combined with Enteral Nutrition in the Treatment of Patients with Long-Term Bedridden Anemia with Qi and Blood Deficiency
Objective:To investigate the value of Bazhen decoction in the treatment of patients with long-term bedridden anemia with qi and blood deficiency.Methods:The enrolled patients were randomly divided into Bazhen decoction group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment +enteral nutrition supportive treatment,and the Bazhen decoction group was supplemented with Bazhen decoction to nourish qi and nourish blood,and the course of treatment for all patients was 14 days.The total effective rate of the two groups was observed,and the RBC,Hb,SI,SF and other indexes were compared after treatment,and the qi and blood deficiency syndrome and gastrointestinal adverse reactions after treatment were comprehensively evaluated.Results:The clinical efficacy of the Bazhen decoction group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 60.00%,and the Bazhen decoction group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the Bazhen decoction group and the control group (P<0.05)after treatment,and the TCM pattern score of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the Bazhen decoction group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05)after 14 days of treatment.After treatment,the anemia indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and there was a significant statistical difference between the Bazhen decoction group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen decoction combined with enteral nutrition has an ideal effect on the treatment of long-term bed rest with qi and blood deficiency anemia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
