Objective:To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation concept in functional recovery of patients after hip and knee replacement.Methods:During the study period(September 2021-September 2023),73 patients treated in our hospital after hip and knee replacement were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=37)by drawing lots.The control group received conventional rehabilitation measures,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation concept intervention measures. The pain status,joint function,length of stay,hospitalization cost and complication rate of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,VAS scores of observation group were better than control group on day 1,day 2 and day 3 after operation(P<0.05);After the intervention,the HSS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after the operation(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that of control group,and the satisfaction of observation group was 94.59％, which was significantly higher than that of control group 80.56％(P<0.05).Postoperative complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation concept in patients after hip and knee replacement has ideal effects,which can improve patients'pain and hip recovery,shorten patients'hospital stay, improve patients'satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
