Objective:To explore the clinical effect of temporary and long-term prosthesis made based on 3shape digital scanning in immediate implantation after tooth extraction. Methods:A prospective self-controlled experimental design was used to select 60 patients in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital who participated in immediate implantation during June 2020 and March 2021 as the study objects, and were divided into control grouPand experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control grouPwas prepared with screw retaining resin temporary prosthesis by traditional processing methods. The experimental grouPused 3shape Trios system to manufacture screw-retaining lithium disilicate prosthesis. The short-term efficacy, satisfaction and long-term effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The accuracy of prosthesis in experimental grouPwas higher than that in control group, and WES score was lower than that in control grouP(P<0.05).The clinical repair time of experimental grouPwas lower than that of control group, and the average VAS satisfaction score was higher than that of control grouP(P<0.05 ).The number of patients in the experimental grouPachieved excellent edge adaptability and anatomic shape was higher than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion: Lithium disilicate prosthesis based on 3shape digital scanning has excellent performance in immediate implantation, with high repair accuracy, short repair time and high patient satisfaction.
