Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of improved sphincter fistulae ligation(LIFT)combined with platelet-rich PRP gel technique in the treatment of anal fistula. Methods:A total of 62 patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and Observation Group,31 cases in each group. All the patients were 2021 from May to May 2023 in our hospital. The patients in the control group were treated with modified LIFT operation, while the patients in the observation group were treated with modified LIFT operation combined with PRP gel.Two months follow-up,the two groups were compared in terms of hospital stay, wound healing time, wound scar area, clinical efficacy, postoperative pain score, anal function score, and complication rate. Results; The time of hospitalization and wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the area of wound scar was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score on the 1st and 7th day after operation and the Wexner score on the 1st and 2nd month after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved LIFT operation combined with PRP gel is effective in the treatment of anal fistula, which can relieve post-operative pain, improve anal function, reduce complications and promote the recovery of prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
