Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on kinesophobia after total hip arthroplasty with aseptic necrosis of femoral head.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with aseptic necrosis of femoral head who were to undergo primary total hip replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the perioperative period, the control group received multi-mode analgesia, and the experimental group added internal acupuncture points on the basis of the control group. The pain score,TSK-17 scale score of kinesophobia and the number of kinesophobia were compared between the two groups at 24h,48h and 72h after surgery. Results:There were significant differences in TSK-17 between the two groups at 48h,72h and 24h after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS scores of experimental groups were significantly different at 24h,48h and 72h after surgery(P<0.05),and TSK-17 and the number of kinetophobia patients were significantly different at 48h and 72h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively reduce pain after total hip arthroplasty and reduce the incidence of kine-sophobia,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
