Construction and Practice Effect Evaluation of Diabetic Foot Case Management Nursing Work
Objective:To explore the construction and practice effect of diabetic foot(DF)case management nursing work.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with DF treated in our hospital from May 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received case management mode.The wound healing time,blood glucose level,self-management ability and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin(HBAIC)in the nursing group were lower than those in the control group;The diet control score,blood glucose m onitoring score,foot care score,medication compliance score,regular exercise score,high and low blood glucose treatment score in the 2-cdsg were higher than those in the control group;The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the construction and practice effect of DF case management nursing work is significant,which can improve the blood glucose control effect and self-management ability of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
