Objective:To explore the Effects of continuing nursing on home exercise compliance of patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery on WeChat Platform.Methods:A total of 60 patients with total knee arthroplasty treated in our department from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(30 cases)was given continuous nursing on WeChat platform.Results:After the intervention,the home exercise compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The knee joint function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after operation(P＜0.05).After inter-vention,the satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The application effect of transitional care on WeChat platform.in patients with total knee arthroplasty is very significant and has high clinical value.
