Value of TAT,PIC Combined with Padua Score in Early Screening of Patients with Chronic Respiratory Diseases Combined with VTE
Objective:To explore the value of thrombine-antithrombin complex(TAT),plasminase-α2 plasminase inhibitor complex(PIC)combined with Padua score in early screening of patients with chronic respiratory diseases complicated with venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods:100 patients with chronic respiratory diseases who received inpatient treatment in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were collected and divided into VTE group(n=43)and non-VTE group(n=57)according to whether VTE occurred.TAT,PIC and Padua were evaluated.Serum TAT,PIC levels and Padua scores were compared between the two groups.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum TAT,PIC and Padua scores alone or combined in chronic respiratory diseases with VTE.Results:The serum TAT,PIC levels and Padua scores in VTE group were higher than those in non-VTE group(P<0.05),and the proportion of patients with high risk of VTE(Padua score ≥4 points)in VTE group was higher than that in non-VTE group(P<0.05).When serum TAT≥16.18ng/mL,the diagnostic sensitivity was 71.43%and the specificity was77.59%.When serum PIC ≥ 3.l0µg/mL,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 76.60%and 86.79%respectively.When Padua score was ≥4,the diagnostic sensitivity was 80.85%and the specificity was 90.57%.The AUC of serum TAT,PIC and Padua was 0.959,the diagnostic sensitivity was 93.48%,and the specificity was 100.00%.Conclusion:The serum TAT and PIC levels and Padua score of patients with chronic respiratory diseases combined with VTE are significantly higher, and TAT and PIC combined with Padua score can be used for early screening of chronic respiratory diseases combined with VTE,and the diagnostic efficacy is higher.
