Clinical Effect of Non Nutritive Sucking Combined with Bacillus Subtilis in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Function Damage after Neonatal Asphyxia
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of non nutritive sucking combined with Bacillus subtilis in neonates with gastro-intestinal dysfunction after asphyxia. Methods:A total of 60 newborns with gastrointestinal injuries after asphyxia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected.Divide into groups using the random number table method, suction group(non nutritive suction,n=30);Joint group(n=30,non nutritive sucking+Bacillus subtilis dual live bacteria).Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results:The specific indicators of gastrointestinal function in the two groups were analyzed in detail. The time for symptom improvement in the feedback combined group was shorter than that in the sucking group(P<0.05).The recovery time of physiological weight loss in the two groups was further analyzed, and the recovery time of physiological weight loss in the feedback combined group was shorter after the intervention(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of the feedback combined group was better than that of the sucking group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the number of gastrointestinal flora between the two groups. After intervention, the number of flora in the combined group was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the sucking group compared with that before intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:For newborns with gastrointestinal injury after asphyxia, the use of non nutritive sucking combined with Bacillus subtilis dual live bacteria intervention is beneficial for the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with injury, promotes clinical symptom recovery, and improves intervention effectiveness, which can be promoted.
