Application Analysis of Ultrasonography SATA and Ovarian Interstitial Hemodynamic Indexes Combined with AMH in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Objective:To analyze the application of ultrasound examination of ovarian interstitial area/total ovarian area ratio(SA/TA)and ovarian interstitial hemodynamic indicators combined with anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)in the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Fifty patients with PCOS diagnosed in our hospital from August 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the PCOS group,50 patients with polycystic ovary(PCO)alone were selected as the PCO group, and 50 normal females were selected as the control group. The levels of SA/TA and ovarian interstitial hemodynamic indexes, serum AMH and bio-chemical indexes were compared among the three groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to confirm the correlation of each index. The correlation between SA/TA and ovarian interstitial hemodynamic indexes and laboratory biochemical indexes was determined by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis. Results:The levels of SA/TA,PSV and EDV in PCOS group and PCO group were higher than control group, and the levels of above indexes in PCOS group were higher than PCO group.PI and RI in PCOS group and PCO group were lower than control group, and PI and RI in PCOS group were lower than PCO group(all P<0.05).The levels of FPG,TG,FINS and serum AMH in PCOS and PCO groups were higher than control group, and those in PCOS group were higher than PCO group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of SA/TA,PSV and EDV were positively correlated with the levels of FPG,TG,FINS and serum AMH,while PI and RI were negatively correlated with the levels of FPG,TG,FINS and serum AMH(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combination of SA/TA and ovarian interstitial hemodynamic indexes and serum AMH level in the diagnosis of PCOS was better than the above indexes alone(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound examination of SA/TA and ovarian interstitial hemodynamic indicators combined with AMH in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS is better.
