Analysis of the Application Value of Suspension of Vaginal Stump with Round Ligament in Improved Laparoscopic Hysterectomy to Prevent Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Objective:To analyze the application value of suspension of vaginal stump with round ligament in improved laparoscopic hysterectomy to prevent pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:From November 2021 to October 2023,82 patients in the people's Hospital of Xinfeng County,Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy,and the observation group was treated with modified laparoscopic hysterectomy with round ligament suspension of vaginal stump.The clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative vaginal stump prolapse rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The POP-Q score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were equivalent to those of the control group(P＞0.05);The rate of vaginal stump prolapse in the observation group was 2.44％(1g41),which was lower than 9.76％(4/41)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);The social,psychological,physical and material scores of gqoli74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:After using the round ligament to suspend the vaginal stump in the modified laparoscopic hysterectomy,the pelvic organ prolapse rate is low,and it can improve the operation related indicators and improve the quality of life.
