Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture myofascial trigger points combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of upper cross syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pain of upper chiasma syndrome were selected from our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023.The treatment group and control group were double-blind.The treatment group(30 cases)received acupuncture myofascial trigger point combined with rehabilitation training,and the control group(30 cases)received traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the Fugl Meyer Exercise Scale(FMA)score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the Clinical Evaluation of Cervical Pain(CPCS)and Cervical Dysfunction Index(NDI)scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of myofascial trigger points combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of upper cross syndrome can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,improve limb function,promote the recovery of cervical spine dysfunction,and then improve the quality of life of patients.
