Objective:To study and analyze patients with vulvovaginal Candidiasis(VVC),to give specific electromagnetic wave combined with lifestyle guidance treatment,to evaluate the curative effect.Methods:A total of 80 patients with vulvovaginal candida disease(January 2022 to September 2023)were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=40,basic treatment+specific electromagnetic wave treatment combined with lifestyle guidance)and control group(n=40,clotrimazole vaginal tablet)according to the differences in treatment methods.Comprehensive comparison and analysis of inspection results.Results:(1)The im-provement time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).(2)The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).(3)The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.50％(39/40)and 80％(32/40),and the observation group was significantly higher than the latter(x2=6.134,P=0.024).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate at week 4 and week 6 were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis guided by specific electromagnetic wave combined with lifestyle has definite clinical effect and can be widely promoted and applied.
