Impact of Strengthening Medication Management Combined with Lean Management on the Rationality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Prescription and Medication Safety
Objective:To analyze the impact of strengthening medication management combined with lean management on the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription and medication safety.Methods:A total of 240 prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces were collected from the TCM pharmacy of our hospital from July 2018 to November 2019.Among them,120 patients who took TCM decoction pieces for treatment from July to December 2018 were subjected to traditional management.From June to No-vember 2019,120 patients who took TCM decoction pieces for treatment implemented intensive medication management combined with lean management,and were included in the implementation.To evaluate and compare the adverse drug use,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,the quality of prescription dispensing and the satisfaction of patients before and after implementation.Results:The incidence of adverse drug use after implementation was lower than before implementation(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate of patients after implementation was lower than that before implementation(P＜0.05).The dispensing error rate after implementation was lower than before implementation(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of patients after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of intensive medication management combined with lean management of TCM decoction pieces prescription can ensure the rationality of prescription medication,improve the quality of prescription dispensing,reduce the adverse reactions after medication,and have high treatment satisfaction of patients.
