Efficacy of Microscopic Supported Laryngoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Vocal Polyps and its Effect on the Recovery of Patients'Voices
Objective:To analyse the application effect of taking microscopic support laryngoscopy surgical plan in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods:66 cases of patients treated for vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from 2019.01 to 2023.01 were selected as the study object and divided into the control group and the study group based on the random number table method.The control group received fibre laryngoscopic surgery,and the study group carried out microscopic support laryngoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical efficacy,voice function recovery,polyp recurrence and complication changes of the two groups were compared and observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of complete voice recovery was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05);compared with the preoperative period,the voice function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hoarseness grading of the voice was lower than that of the control group,and the indexes of the voice acoustic parameters of the study group were better than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the rate of postoperative complications between the two groups did not have any significant statistical difference(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of microscopic support laryngoscopy for the surgical solution of vocal polyp disease has a good therapeutic effect on the recovery of the patient's voice,the acoustic parameters of the voice and the recurrence of the polyp,and can be further promoted in the clinic.
