Observation on the Application Effect of Individualized Intervention Mode Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory on Convalescent Stroke Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized intervention mode based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in convalescent stroke patients.Methods:78 cases of convalescent stroke patients in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received personalized intervention mode based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. The negative emotions, quality of life[quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)],self-efficacy and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results:The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of psychological, physical, social function and material life di-mensions in GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of GSEs and ADL in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized intervention model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory has a good application effect in the convalescent stroke patients, which is conducive to reducing negative emotions, improving self-care ability and daily living ability, and improving the quality of life.
