Effect of Nursing Combined with Body Position Management under the Guidance of Evidence-Based Concept on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing and position management for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:60 patients who underwent LC in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group(30 cases)received nursing combined with body position management under the guidance of evidence-based concept, and the control group(30 cases)received routine nursing. Both groups were followed up for 1 month. The postoperative recovery, complications, pain scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The anal exhaust time, the first ambulation time, the anal defecation time, the time to return to normal diet and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The social function score, psychological score, material life score and physical dimension score in the GQOLI-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing combined with body position management under the guidance of evidence-based concept can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of LC patients, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the occurrence of compli-cations,and improve the quality of life.
