To Explore the Application Value of Painless Rehabilitation Nursing Mode in Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement
Objective:To explore the application value of painless rehabilitation nursing mode in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with hip replacement treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the intervention method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given painless rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of AS,SDS,pain score,joint function and satisfaction were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and pain in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the joint function and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Painless rehabilitation nursing mode has a significant effect on elderly patients with hip replacement,effectively alleviating pain,improving negative emotions,improving joint function,promoting health rehabilitation and enhancing patient satisfaction,which has high value and can be applied and promoted in future clinical prac-tice.
