Analysis on the Effect of 6S Management Mode Combined with Humanistic Care in Children's Fossa Sealing Operation
Objective:To explore the application effect of 6S management model combined with humanistic care in children's fossa closure.Methods:A total of 90 children who received fossa and groove sealing treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected and divided into two groups according to different nursing management plans,the reference group(n=44)and the observation group(n=46).The reference group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received 6S management mode with humanistic care.The incidence of dental caries and adjacent caries at 6 months,1 year and 2 years after intervention were compared between the two groups.The loss rate of sealant 1 year and 2 years after intervention;Psychological state score before and after intervention;The cooperation of the child.Results:At 6 months,1 year and 2 years after intervention,the incidence of dental caries and adjacent caries in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).At 1 year and 2 years after the intervention,the rate of sealant shedding in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores of children in both groups were lower than before intervention,and SAS scores and SDS scores of children in observation group were lower than those in reference group(P＜0.05).The coordination rate of observation group(97.83％)was higher than that of reference group(84.09％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of 6S management mode combined with humanistic care during the treatment of children's fossa and groove sealing can help reduce the incidence of dental caries in children,improve the sealing effect of sealants,improve the adverse mood of children,and improve the cooperation of children,which is worth popularizing.
