Analysis of Pregnancy Outcomes in Pregnant Women with Umbilical Cord Torsion
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with umbilical cord torsion and explore the methods to improve the pregnancy outcomes in umbilical cord torsion. Methods:January 2021 to December 2022 cases of 200 in our tent pregnant women, pregnant women are divided into 2 groups, observation group and control group, for the fetal heart monitoring unsatisfactory 2 graph group as observation group, for fetal heart monitoring a graph as a control group, compare the average group of umbilical cord torsion weeks, average umbilical artery blood flow S/D value, pregnancy outcome and perinatal outcomes. Results:The mean number of torsion in the observed group was(15.88±0.25)weeks,and the mean umbilical artery flow S/D value was(3.52±0.23),higher than the control group(10.24±0.12)weeks,(2.23±0.11),and the data were statistically different(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was 11.0%,lower than 68.0%in the control group, and the cesarean section rate was 71.0%,higher than 12.0%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the vaginal delivery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was 37.0%,obvious Higher than the 8%in the control group, the data were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The are have have cesarean section and adverse pregnancy outcomes, and various measures are needed to prevent adverse events caused by umbilical cord torsion.
